Fees and Policies

Fees are charged per session and due at the time of the session, unless an arrangement has been made for monthly billing.  A standard session is 45 minutes.

Session fee will be discussed after your request for a consultation during the initial phone call and a fee for treatment can be discussed during the consultation/assessment meetings.  A fee schedule is available for review for enrolled patients as required by the No Surprises Act.

Accepted payment methods are cash, check, ACH/Wire and Zelle®. 

Can Büyükaşık, M.D. PLLC is out-of-network with all insurance plans.  However, most insurance plans have out-of-network benefits and may provide some reimbursement for the charges of the services you receive.  Upon request, you can receive an itemized bill of services to submit to your insurance plan. 

When you make an appointment, that time is reserved for you.  Recurring appointments incur the fee when missed or cancelled because the time is held for you on an ongoing basis.  For non-recurring appointments, a minimum one-week notice is required.
